How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select products — contact us for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different suppliers and arrive separately. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Are your espresso machines compatible with US outlets?

Yes — all machines listed on our store are compatible with standard US 110–120V outlets unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our products are sold as-is without a manufacturer's warranty included. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Do you sell replacement parts or accessories?

Yes! We carry a range of accessories including filters, tampers, milk frothers, and more. Browse our accessories collection for options.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay. Additional payment options may be available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return/refund policy?

We accept refund requests for items that arrive damaged or defective within 48 hours of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please contact us with photos of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
