RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PackedPaws, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at Packedpawsco@gmail.com. We will issue a full refund immediately — no return required.

Sizing Issues Due to the nature of pet gear sizing, we do not offer cash refunds for sizing issues. Store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount.

Change of Mind We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind purchases. Store credit will be issued instead.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Store credit can be used to place a new order in the correct size or style.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
