How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package at any time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at PackedPawsCO@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

Are your products safe for cats and dogs?
Yes! All PackedPaws products are made from pet-safe materials and are suitable for both dogs and cats.

Do bundle items ship together?
Bundle items may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
