30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Personalized/engraved items (e.g. custom ID tags) cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.
